This project involves the demolition of two existing office blocks, Balgriffin House and Glandore House, and the construction of 59 No. residential apartments.
The residential apartment block consists of 22 one-bedroom units, 30 two-bedroom units and 7 three-bedroom units.
The brown brick and white-walled apartments are accompanied with matching light brown balconies. A main feature of the project is the full-length windows which allow natural light to flood into each room. The building comes with parking adjacent to the apartments and the site features a park and recreational area adding to its neighbourhood aesthetic.
This project is due to complete in February 2021.
