PROTECTED STRUCTURE GETS A NEW LEASE OF LIFE

March 22nd, 2016

Permanent TSB have recently completed the refurbishment and fit-out of a new city centre bank at 131 O’Connell Street in Limerick. Given the prominent location the company felt it was time the protected structure gets a new lease of life. The building, originally built in the 1920’s, has a unique “art deco” façade which has been refurbished as part of this investment by Permanent TSB.

The plan, over two floors, provides modern spacious banking facilities in the heart of Limerick. The project, undertaken in 12 weeks, was completed in December 2015.
